1. Trial Session
* Once the trial session is booked and confirmed with the trainer, the session fee becomes non-refundable after 24 hours from the confirmation time. * If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the booking confirmation, the refund request may be reviewed according to the app’s policy.
2. Training Sessions & Subscriptions
* Clients may request to cancel or modify a session appointment before the session time according to the app policy or subscribed package terms. * Session or subscription fees are non-refundable once the service has started or any session within the package has been used. * In case of an emergency or an operational issue from the app or trainer’s side, the client has the right to reschedule the session or request another trainer if available.
3. Rescheduling
* Sessions may be rescheduled based on trainer availability and scheduling, provided that the modification request is submitted within the timeframe specified inside the app.
4. Exceptional Cases
* In the event of an issue caused by the app or the trainer, the case will be reviewed by the Get Fit team, and partial or full compensation/refund may be provided depending on the situation.
5. Promotional Offers & Discounted Packages
* Promotional packages, offers, and special discounts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after booking confirmation or after starting to benefit from the service, except for operational cases approved by the app.
